AP Henderson Invited To Shanghai For JV Discussions

AP Henderson Group today announced it was invited by Hyundai Multicav Computer Shanghai Co., Ltd., to visit their facility in Shanghai, China in order to discuss potential ventures or joint business opportunities between the two companies.

Upon receiving the invitation, the chairman and CEO of AP Henderson Group, Mr. Richard Henry, and board member, Mr. Donald Sprague, have accepted this invitation and departed for China. AP Henderson hopes that the meeting will create a good opportunity for the company to explore the computer and laptop manufacturing industry in China as well as the potential of joint development of its patented Slide View laptop design, X-panel.

Hyundai Multicav Computer Shanghai Co., Ltd., (HMCS) is the first joint venture company, Hyundai Multicav have established in China. Hyundai Multicav (HMC), a member of the well known Hyundai Group of Korea, is a name brand computer manufacturer and publicly listed on Kosdaq, with products including, Computer Hardware (desktop, laptop, server communication equipment, plasma TV, digital monitor equipment and many other computer and internet related products), software and online gaming programs. HMCS, currently, has over twenty-four regional sales offices in China, 295 employees and projected 2004 revenue of $200 million for computer and laptop sales in China market only.
