According to information from 360 Security Center, Chinese anti-virus software provider Rising's website servers suffered retaliatory attacks by hackers who had implanted trojans.

The news has been confirmed by Rising and the company said so far it has repaired the servers and handed relevant proof of the security breach to the local police. Rising said because of the timely handling of this problem, the attacks did not affect many common users who use the Rising servers to download updated virus definitions on their personal computers.

At the same time, other Chinese anti-virus companies, including 360 Security Center and Kingsoft Duba, said they will offer all necessary technology support to jointly fight the hacking activities.
